In this workshop, calligrapher Ling from Lings Space will guide you step by step, from introduction to practice, helping you develop both creative expression and technical skill. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced calligrapher, you’ll learn techniques that can be applied in everyday life while exploring the beauty of the Chinese language through writing. By the end of the session, you’ll complete your own calligraphy artwork to take home — a meaningful reminder of this cultural and artistic experience.

Ling Lai, founder of Lingsspace, is a London-based Chinese calligrapher dedicated to bringing the cultural journey from East to West. With over eight years of teaching experience, she has collaborated with prestigious institutions and brands including The British Museum, Prada, Kew Gardens, JW Anderson, and more.
